Hi, I’m Steve—a professional photographer with a deep passion for storytelling through imagery.

My journey into photography began at fourteen, inspired by my grandfather, a WWII Combat Photographer. That first Nikon camera sparked something in me, and I’ve been chasing the perfect shot ever since.

After serving proudly in the U.S. Air Force, I earned my degree in photography from USC’s Roski School of Art & Design. In 2009, I launched Behind The Lens Images & Sports Photography with a mission to capture authentic moments, whether on the field, in the studio, or anywhere in between.

In 2019, I joined the Las Vegas Lights FC as a staff photographer and currently serve as the Director of Photography for Vegas Sports Daily. My work combines technical skill with a genuine love for connecting with people—clients, athletes, fans, and families alike.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll likely find me watching sports or spending time with my family. I believe great photography starts with trust, and I take the time to understand each client’s vision to deliver results that exceed expectations.
