Team & Individual Photography is priced differently from our premium Sports Portrait experience.
A 13-player youth baseball team and a 53-player football team have very different photography requirements. Rather than applying the same price to every organization, BTL Images considers roster size, number of teams, photography requirements, and deliverables when preparing a quote.
Smaller Teams
Team and individual photography for youth teams, clubs, and smaller rosters is subject to a minimum photography investment.
Larger Teams
Larger rosters may qualify for volume pricing, allowing the per-athlete investment to decrease as the number of athletes increases.
Multiple Teams
Schools, clubs, leagues, and organizations with multiple teams receive customized proposals based on the overall scope of photography.

Several factors are considered when determining the investment for a sports photography assignment.
Type of Photography
Sports Portraits, Team & Individual Photos, Game Action, and Media Day each require different amounts of time and preparation.
Number of Athletes
Team and organizational pricing is influenced by the number of athletes being photographed.
Number of Teams
Multi-team organizations and schools are quoted according to the total scope of the assignment.
Coverage Requirements
Game coverage, Media Days, multiple sessions, multiple dates, and specialized photography requirements can affect the final investment.
Location
Photography location, access requirements, facility restrictions, and location-specific requirements may affect the investment.
Final Deliverables
Prints, products, digital images, composites, promotional images, and other deliverables are considered when creating a proposal.

BTL Images serves sports clients throughout Southern Nevada, Arizona, California, and Utah.
Travel is also available outside these areas. Travel fees apply and are determined by location, distance, and the requirements of the assignment.
Certain locations may also require additional permits or location fees. These costs are the responsibility of the client and will be discussed during the planning process.
